Delivery:
All goods generally despatched within 72 hrs unless a colour is to be matched then time scale will be communicated at time of order.
Goods are sent with a national parcel agent and will require signing for.
Refunds / Returns:
All colours are made to order so refunds cannot be given for incorrectly ordered colours.
A refund will be issued if any of the following apply.
- You receive the wrong goods.
- Your goods do not turn up within a reasonable time scale.
- The goods are faulty or do not meet the specification. (note this does not include colour matches) we must be notified within 7 days of faulty goods or incorrect specification.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
